About
Hi, I'm Mary.
I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate the complexities of healing and transformation.
My practice is deeply rooted in humility, compassion, and a commitment to social justice. I specialize in working with high-achieving women and gender-expansive individuals, focusing on challenges like anxiety, developmental trauma, and the impact of oppressive systems on mental health.
My approach integrates mindfulness, somatic therapy, and attachment-based techniques to address both the macro (societal) and micro (relational) influences on mental health. I help my clients process painful experiences, reconnect with their authentic selves, and build meaningful, value-driven lives.
Above all, I believe in empowering individuals to transform their pain into purpose and embrace a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
